Snowflake Data Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Snowflake Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Snowflake data platform. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data flow across multiple systems. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data solutions using the Snowflake data platform.
• Create and manage efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality and security by implementing Snowflake best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
• Perform performance tuning and query optimization.
• Provide support for Snowflake platform troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., Matillion, Talend, or Informatica).
• Experience with other cloud-native data tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
